Assembly & Set Up(PCBA)

AngelPCB offers full Turn-Key and partial Turn-Key Circuit Board Assembly Services. We focus on both rigid PCB Assembly and flex PCB assembly. Our quality driven PCB assembly process ensures that your finished project is of the highest quality. In Full Turn-Key PCB, we handle everything including making circuit boards, ordering components, online order tracking, quality inspection, and final assembly. In partial Turn-Key, you can order the PCBs and partial components, and we will fix the remaining parts for you.

Surface Mount (SMT) Assembly

Our surface mount technology (SMT) production area features two high-speed, high-mix SMT assembly lines. Our Mycronic pick-and-place machines handle the smallest SMT components and support fast change-over between jobs. This means we can easily handle sophisticated SMT assemblies in both large volumes and smaller production runs. We are capable of assembling BGA, Micro-BGA, QFN and other leadless package parts.

Parts Management

we have a well-established, effective component sourcing system for low cost electronic assembly. A dedicated team takes care of your PCB components procurement and parts management.

IC Programming

we offers IC programming service in its state of the art electronics assembly facility. IC programming will be performed before the chips are mounted on the board.

Functional Testing

Angelpcb offers Functional Testing (FCT) with its turn-key assembly services. Functional testing usually is performed after the circuit boards are assembled and AOI & visual inspections are finished.
